Human relations are very important and vital for an organization. Supervisors are very important for achieving better human relations in the organization.

Supervisors are the eyes and ears of the management at work place, they convey the policies of the management and enforce the rules and regulations formed by the management in getting the work done in efficient and timely order and have the feel of the sentiments of the employees. The feelings of the employees are very important for the management to improve, alter or moderate the policies, but this all depends on the feed back provided by the supervisors.

Supervisors sits on the fringes of Socio-psychological informal organization within the organization and usually have a perfect feelings, reactions and concerns of the employees and when this important information is passed on the senior management necessary corrective action as nearly acceptable to the workers can be made.

Supervisors are the guides and they can be ambassador of human relations in an organization if they have good leadership qualities and are benevolent manager of his team.
Supervisors lead from the past, they are actually followed because of their leadership and there orders are carried out efficiently because they are good managers of their men.
Human approach to just demand and aspirations of the subordinated lead to better human relation in all organization.

Supervisors are vital link between the higher management in achieving better human relations in an organization.
